Continuous Hot-Dip Galvalume/Galvanized Line

Our TPK galvanized/galvalume steel coils are produced on modern NOF technology lines – technology that developed countries in the world currently have such as Korea, Japan, European countries, and the United States.

Product quality is according to Japanese industrial standards JIS G3321:1998, Indonesian National Standard (SNI), Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), and ISO 9001:2008. Our products have high strength and corrosion resistance against the natural environment. The input materials are cold-rolled coils with JIS G3141 SPCC standard.

Operating principles

After the hot-rolled coil is pickled and oiled, it shall be re-rolled by the flexible deformation principle thanks to forcing from roller to sheet surface to obtain the required thickness.
